Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Supply & Delivery Policy

Supply & Delivery

We encourage customers to place orders timeously to ensure we can meet your delivery expectations.

  • All goods supplied by Amanda Johnson & Company are subject to availability from publishers or suppliers.

  • Delivery/Collection confirmation will be sent via email once your order is dispatched/ready to collect.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Orders are processed and packed only once payment has reflected in our bank account.

  • Deliveries are handled via The Courier Guy, Pargo or Pudo. Delivery charges depend on the weight or nature of the order and will be communicated accordingly.

  • Please note that response and delivery times may be longer during our “Back to School” season (October to February).


Collections

We understand that some customers prefer to collect their orders in person.

  • Collections are available strictly by booking via booking link sent. We will contact you via email, whatsapp or phone to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders will only be available for collection once payment has reflected in our bank account and you have received confirmation along with collection booking link that your order is ready.

  • The collection address and available collection times will be provided once your order is confirmed.

  • Please bring proof of purchase or order confirmation when collecting your items.

  • Uncollected orders will be cancelled after 21 days, a refund will be processed, and a 10% handling fee will apply.

    • Visa and MasterCard credit cards/debit cards (OZOW or PAYGATE)

    • Instant EFT Bank Transfers (OZOW or PAYGATE)

    • Credit options through PAYFLEX

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations are considered at the discretion of Amanda Johnson & Company.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email to: support@amandajohnson.co.za

  • No returns are accepted on workbooks, as these are firm sale items.

  • Approved cancellations or returns will incur:

    • 10% administration/handling fee of the total order value.

     

Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your book(s).

  • Returned books must be in mint resalable condition. Customers are responsible for repacking and wrapping items securely for safe transport.

  • Incorrectly supplied books or defective items must be reported within 7 working days of receiving books.

  • Only items returned in mint condition will be accepted for exchange or replacement.

  • No returns are accepted later than 7 days after the customer has received the books.

Order Cancellation by Amanda Johnson & Company

  • Amanda Johnson & Company reserves the right to cancel any order or part thereof without providing reasons.

  • If this occurs, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled portion of the order.
