Terms and Conditions – Early Order Promotion

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Early Order Promo (“the Promotion”) conducted by Amanda Johnson & Co. (“the Promoter”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Promoter Details

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs until 23:59 on 9 November 2025 (“Closing Date”).

All orders placed before 10 November 2025 (Minimum Order value for entry: R1500.00)

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to South African residents with a valid ID/passport.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Employees, directors, agents, consultants, suppliers, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Customers who place an order of R1500 or more per grade on the Amanda Johnson & Co. online store before the Closing Date will automatically qualify for one entry.

Only orders successfully placed and paid for in full before the Closing Date will be eligible.

No entry fee is charged, other than the qualifying purchase.

5. Prizes

Three winners will be randomly drawn. The prizes are as follows:

First Prize:

  • A R5000 Checkers gift card PLUS a refund of up to R3000 on the qualifying textbook order

Second Prize:

  • A R2500 Checkers gift card PLUS a refund of up to R3000 on the qualifying textbook order

Third Prize:

  • A refund of up to R3000 on the qualifying textbook order

 

Refunds will not exceed the value of the qualifying purchase.

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and only valid as stated.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

Winners will be determined by a live random draw conducted on 31 January 2026.

Winners will be announced live via the Promoter’s official social media platforms and notified directly by email and phone call.

If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

7. Publicity

Winners may be requested to allow their name and/or image to be used for reasonable promotional purposes related to this Promotion.

Winners may decline such participation without affecting their prize entitlement.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it unavoidable.

The Promoter will not be liable for any technical failures, network issues, or incomplete entries.

All decisions by the Promoter and the independent auditor regarding this Promotion are final and binding.

9. Record-Keeping

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Promoter will retain:

The competition rules,

A list of all entrants and winners,

Copies of all marketing materials,
for a minimum of 3 years.
