SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
SUPPLY & DELIVERY POLICY
We encourage you to place your orders in a timeous manner, giving us the best chance to meet your delivery expectations.
The supply of all goods from Amanda Johnson & Company is subject to availability from publishers or suppliers. Delivery will be confirmed with you via email. Delivery times are subject to change. Please note that orders will only be processed and packed once payment has reflected in our bank account.
Delivery of goods will be made via courier only. All book orders and packages incur a delivery charge, the value of which will be determined by the weight of the parcel, or a set cost, depending on the nature of the order.
Please note that response and delivery times will be longer during the very busy "BACK TO SCHOOL" seasons, namely from October to February.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders will only be processed and packed once payment has reflected in our bank account. Payment for your purchase can be securely made via Visa or Master Card credit cards or by Instant EFT Bank Transfer directly into the bank account of Amanda Johnson & Company. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Cancellation of an order by the client will be considered at the discretion of Amanda Johnson & Company after a written request by the customer has been submitted via email to info@amandajohnson.co.za.
Please note that NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON WORKBOOKS as these are FIRM SALE ITEMS.
Please note should your return and/or request for cancellation of order be confirmed, a courier fee to collect the order, along with a 10% administration / handling fee of the order value will be charged for your account.
On return, any/all books will only be accepted back by Amanda Johnson & Company if said books are in a resalable condition. To ensure this, books are to be re-packed and wrapped by you, ensuring they are able to be safely transported.
Incorrectly supplied books or any other return will only be considered for exchange/replacement if Amanda Johnson & Company is given notification of the problem within 7 working days of receiving the book, and the book is returned in mint condition.
No returns will be accepted later than 14 days from the time the customer received the books.
Amanda Johnson & Company reserves the right to cancel any order/part of an order, without giving any reasons. In the event of this happening we will refund any money already paid in respect of that order, or part of that order.
