aj & co specialises in curated school textbook lists and personalised book packs. We service South African schools and customers, offering both online shopping and bulk buying options. Other items we sell include general study guides, readers, literature and the like. Our warehouse is based in Johannesburg.

COURIER DELIVERY ONLY (NO COLLECTIONS)

Since we are an online bookshop, we deliver all book orders via COURIER ONLY. We do not have collection and/or drop-off facilities.

SERVICE DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS  

Please be assured of our commitment to serve you, our customers, in the best possible way! Our goal is to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as painless as possible, easing the stress of preparations for a new school year and the back to school rush. 

In line with transparent communication, we’d like to clarify the service delivery you can expect from us:

Enquiries: We are a small team of hard-working, multi-tasking, human-beings. We do our best to communicate and respond timeously. During "busy-back-to-school-seasons", however, we cannot promise immediate responses! We will endeavour to keep you updated on the tracking/arrival of your books, but we ask that you take note of the book delivery process.

Stock Levels: Please remember, stock availability can be checked on each individual book item/title.

Packing: Each textbook order is treated with the utmost care; hand-selected and hand-packed to ensure utmost accuracy. All packs are completed before sent out for delivery.

Deliveries: Once you have paid for your textbook order via our online shop, and the payment has reflected in our bank account (which can take up to 48 hours as per standard banking in South Africa), you can expect delivery to be between 5 - 7 working days. This can vary in busy "Back-to-school" season (December -February.) January you can expect delivery anywhere between 7 - 14 business days from date of order. Rest assured if you have placed your order, we will work as fast and efficiently as possible to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds: Should you wish to return any of your books, or are requesting a refund, please read our RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY HERE to ensure that you are aware of the process.
