A Note from Amanda RE: 2022 Book Orders  

Thank you for ALL your emails and/or calls! We apologise if you are struggling to get through to us as we are experiencing large volumes of calls & emails, & our team is moving through each of them as efficiently as possible. We can assure you that each & every order placed with us, is of utmost importance & we are currently working very hard to ensure that each enquiry is handled with care & excellence. We are an online bookshop, specialising in curated school textbook lists and personalised book packs. We also sell general study guides, readers, literature and the like. We are based mainly Johannesburg, but also extend our services to the rest of South Africa. Our goal is to ease the stress of preparations for a new school year and the back to school rush, by getting your book orders ready months in advance. 

COURIER DELIVERY ONLY (NO COLLECTIONS)

Since we are an online bookshop, we deliver ALL book orders via COURIER ONLY. Unfortunately, we do not have collection facilities since prior 2020 / COVID-19.

SERVICE DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS  

In line with transparent communication, we’d like to clarify the service delivery you can expect from us over the current textbook season:

• Enquiries: We are a small team of hard-working, multi-tasking, human-beings. We do our best to communicate and respond timeously. But as with all busy-season-book-seasons, we cannot promise immediate responses! We will endeavour to keep you updated on the tracking/arrival of your books, but we ask that you have grace for the process, taking note of the above-mentioned expectations. 
• Stock Levels: Please remember, stock availability can be checked on each individual book item/title, giving you the choice whether to wait for any titles on backorder or not.
• Packing: Each textbook order is treated with the utmost care; hand-selected and hand-packed to ensure utmost accuracy. All packs are completed before sent out for delivery.
• Deliveries: Once you have paid for your textbook order via our online shop, and should all your items be in-stock as per our website stock quantities, you can expect delivery to be between 5 -10 working days.
• Backorders: Should any of your selected titles stock delivery be delayed at the time of your order, your textbook pack will be sent as soon as your outstanding titles reach our warehouse. We do this so as to minimise administration and courier costs, offering you the best service at the best price point. *Please take special note of the below-mentioned international delivery delays that may be incurred during this time.
• Return & Refunds: Should you wish to return any of your books, or are requesting a refund, please read our RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY HERE to ensure that you are aware of the process.

POTENTIAL DELIVERY DELAYS

In light of worldwide economic shifts, we have received several communications from our suppliers / publishers, letting us know that some delivery delays can be expected over the current textbook season.*This is due to worldwide freight delays as global capacity fails to meet demand, resulting in much longer lead times and costs. This will directly impact our ability to supply orders for selected titles in a timely manner. You can however, trust that we are working closely with our suppliers, packing warehouse and couriers to deliver your orders as quickly as possible!
